Somatic Massage
I combine different massage techniques (therapeutic massage, Thai massage, lymphatic drainage, facial massage) along with my training in Somatic Experiencing and phytotherapy to generate a deep and restorative relaxation of the nervous system and remind the body of its own capacity for self-regulation.

Somato Facial Massage
I combine Eli Heros’ massage technique with Somatic Experiencing coregulating touch, which results in a deep relaxation of the nervous system. In addition to the obvious aesthetic benefits, this massage is ideal for relieving the symptoms of eye strain, bruxism and migraines, as well as for releasing tension and blocked emotions in the facial muscles. We work on the cranial-cervical facial axis, which is why it is also very good for people who usually have muscle pain in the upper part of the back (shoulders, shoulder blades and neck).
How I work
In both the Somatic Experiencing sessions and the somatic massages, I like to work together with the person who comes for a consultation. My main goal is for you to be able to regain your agency and exert your desire in a healthy and coherent way. This is why:
- We approach the topic of consultation holistically, considering the areas of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social health.
- We observe and track the vital signals that your nervous system emanates to understand their language and assist the nervous system in releasing what it needs, thus achieving self-regulation.
